  5. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, follow the same steps as for a refund and clearly indicate that you are requesting an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
